What a horrible company to do business with... – I participated in a Groupon dealing with the products of this company. My order was received, however, incomplete. I have made four futile attempts to get ahold of somebody, by phone and by e-mail. Good luck with that! It doesn't matter what time or day you call, you get the very same recording. Really!! Lack of customer service – I am also part of the groupon deal and wanted to give this company a try. I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised to receive it within a few days. However, they forgot to ship me the butter toffee cashews I purchased. So I tried calling the customer service number multiple times, only to get the message "Your wait will be longer than 10 min". Will not be a return customer – Ordered some goods and then received approval for an exchange. I sent a check 2 months ago which was cashed , but have received nothing. I spoke to an individual 10 days ago who handled by exchange but could not get her computer to work. She asked if she could call me right back. That was 10 days ago..still have heard nothing...emailed 2 days ago, and was told that a supervisor would call me within a hour..still no phone call..just wrote a letter to the owner of the company..see where that get... read more

Do NOT order from this company! – I created a profile today just so I could review this company. I purchased a Groupon in February, 2011 and have been trying to place an order for months. Customer service is terse and unhelpful. I give up--my problems, added to the fact that so many people received inferior products means it's not worth it. NO SERVICE AT ALL – I do really agree with these people. This business doesn't give you any service at all. I bought this Groupon certificate online and placed my order with nutty guys online at 4/1/2011, 2 weeks later my order status wasn't change at all, was still shipping pending, i contacted them couple times with no response, and nobody answer the phone too, i double checked their website, since i live in CA, they should ship it to me within 2days, but I wait for 3 weeks, still waiting, today is 4/21, i finally called g... read more

Horrible Customer Service – This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a company because their "customer service" doesn't care about their customers. When I ordered I was excited to find a local company that specialized in dried fruit and nuts. I opted for local pick-up instead of delivery. A mistake to order from Nutty Guys! – Bad experience from start to finish... initially placing the order didn't even work. That should have been my first sign. I kept getting an error message and the extremely unhelpful customer service rep's reply was to - "go back to the website and try again". I told her the website was not working correctly and she said to "try later". She made no attempt to take the order for me. Terrible! – Wish I'd never bought that Groupon. Two weeks after I placed the order, still nothing. No update on the site, only canned responses to my emails. Absolutely unacceptable. If I ever see a raisin from these people, I'd be completely shocked. Groupon, shame on you for conducting business with people who are incapable of meeting their orders months after purchase!

don't buy from them!!! – It's been 15 days since I first placed my order, and my product hasn't even been shipped yet. I tried on several occasions to get in contact with Nutty Guys and no one picks up or responds to my messages. They take your money and then abandon you.
