The Nutshell great good comfortable atmosphere. The owner Marie offers the perfect local gem for the Hartford area. Garlic shrimp is my favorite!

Excellent Authentic Portuguese Food! A must try if you are in the area. We loved everything we ordered including Caldo Verde (Kale, Potato & Choriço Soup), Grilled Shrimp in Garlic Sauce cooked to a plump and juicy perfection, Steak in a Nutshell complete with a Portuguese Sunny Side Egg on Top. A culinary delight worthy of the Hartford area!
