Working with Kourtney has not only bettered my relationship with my own mental illness, but changed the way I relate to fluctuating hormones, upset gut, and over-stimulated nervous system, through the lens of whole-body wellbeing. I’ve been working with Kourtney for awhile addressing my digestive issues and how to correct them. We set goals together and she provides the knowledge of how to get there with diet and supplements. I subscribe to the email plan so we communicate weekly and make adjustments quickly and as needed. I am so grateful for this wonderful resource.
