I have spent thousands of dollars from this local organization--btwn ordering directly, through providers, and the food testing through the affliated company. The customer service is ridiculous. The website malfunctions. When you call for help, an AI operator hangs up on you and says to email. (Wanted to place an order in the 3-figures and ask a question re a previous shipment).
