Very knowledgeable trainers that will get you to your goal and some.
One of their trainers named Donnie Bishop is really homophobic. Bashing homosexual couples online. He listed his job publicly so I'm letting any LGBT+ people know this place isn't safe for you. 💔
Their facility is no longer where all these pictures taken for starters. The environment was really relaxed. There was only a person or two there when I was. So no pressure or feeling of embarrassment. I was expecting more guidance in terms of diet, but all I got was a couple texts asking what I was eating. Then they stopped and there wasn't anymore discussion about it.
