The owner of Nutrishop, LaShan, hosted a 7-week challenge for City of Owasso employees. During the 7 weeks, employees weighed in every two weeks on Nutrishop's InBody machine, which measures your body fat mass, muscle mass, water, body fat percentage, etc. Challenge winners showed the most improvement.
