Doctor is very kind and knowledgeable. Office staff is great and friendly. I was able to easily get an appointment for my son. Doctor helped me feel at ease and gave us a good game plan. Definitely recommend!
I couldn’t have had a better experience! First off I checked out reviews online and came up with Dr. Coppola. I filled out my info and to my surprise received a call right away (on a Saturday) and got an appointment for that Monday which was today! The office personnel were very welcoming and I was taken within 5 minutes. Dr. Coppola was very nice. He asked about my symptoms, examined my foot, took X-rays and immediately explained the problem. Dr. Coppola is exceptional. As a first time patient he messaged me right away and personally called to gather my information even before his office hours began. He quickly diagnosed an old injury I had been dealing with for years and provided insight and solutions. On top of his expertise, Dr. Coppola is incredibly kind. I had to book an early morning (7:15am) appointment after twisting my ankle pretty bad a few weeks back. Within seconds of filling in the new patient intake for, Dr. Coppola called to set up a time for an appointment. Very clean facility, very welcoming guy. I was in and out of the facility within 20 minutes after being x-rayed, treated, and given a quality ankle brace. I even made it to work earlier than expected thanks to Dr. Coppola's efficiency. First time patient at Nutley Foot and Ankle. Setting up an appointment was easy, the woman I spoke with was friendly, answered my questions, and got us in right away at a time that was super convenient. I brought my mom in for diabetic foot care; Dr. Coppola was an absolute delight, he explained the reason for some of mom's symptoms, and made sure she was comfortable while he took care of her feet.
