Dr. Maltsen and his staff were incredible! I went in as an emergency and they couldn’t have been more compassionate and professional. The office is welcoming and very clean and I felt well cared for even though I am not an established patient. I highly recommend this group.
The doctor who treated me for my root canal- Dr. Chang has no bedside manner. He gave me 2 shots without saying anything. During the whole treatment he didn’t give me any information as to what’s going on. He just kept doing whatever he was doing. Very disappointed!!
I had a need for another procedure (root canal) so I visited the office again since my first visit a year ago was painless and without stress or complications. On this visit, I actually traveled over one hour for my appointment due to the professional experience , clean office and price. Nothing has changed and i appreciate them maintaining thar professionalism. Thank you for the accommodation on my appointment as well.. R.Lynch
