I've been bringing my car here for a few years after I ditched Fette for being shady about a few things that they never addressed, despite multiple follow ups with them on my part. It's a little further from me (Fette was conveniently in walking distance from my home) but the peace of mind is well worth it - and I believe they offer drop off service if needed. I was greated by Melissa Tucci today when I went in for my oil change. She quickly got me in and out in 2 hrs. She explained everything was super helpful and even ran down to detail to get my car. She provided exceptional service and even our original sales person Chaz stopped by to see how we were liking the car. KIA of Nutley has gained a lifelong customer and we will be back for additional services and when our lease is up I know the team will work with us.
