Been a patient for years. Called today and everyone had a nasty attitude. Two people snapped at me. (The nurse and office manager tammy) Reporting this to the medical board made me feel some kind of way. Was at my surgeons office had phone on speaker. My surgeon heard the whole conversation and said the proper thing to do would have been to send all calls to answering service rather than snap at a patient. My first visit was on 12-20-2018 for an evaluation of a Cat scan that had a questionable area L4.. it had also been seen a year and a half ago . I had a history cancer years earlier. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by a a friendly staff, the back office staff were excellent ! When Dr. Parikh came in he was very warm and put me at ease !! This doctor is wonderful. It was my first encounter with the Cander problem and he immediately gave to the ease with which to deal with my whole ordeal. Truthfully. Dr Nutan Parikh was the only one I could trust to be honest and care about you and understood what your are having to deal with. His group of working nurses and office personnel were absolutely caring and wonderful too. No. 1 in my book
