Kerrie Luark worst person to give savings advice. She made my insurance go up when I was told it would be a refund instead I had to pay on top of a payment I had already made due to her removing a person from my household. Thanks for nothing. I will be looking for another agency because you ladies are bogus.
I really would like to give this place no stars. Called to get quote from this place the lady that transfer me sounded like she was in the bathroom transfer me to Darlene who was extremely rude. Darlene told my husband and I they’re no longer taking new clients! Something I never heard before. Called back to speak with rep that transferred me to Darlene to tell her that the lady Darlene was rude and declined our service and the rep said well go find somewhere else than. Worst customer service ever Suzanne my agent is great but whoever is running the office is horrible. Ever since they switched over from Nu Star it's been a debacle they have two different phone lines with two different extension numbers. When they transfer you to your agent they make you press one then put in the extension number which is difficult if you're driving. I believe after my insurance is up I will be switching agencies. Sorry guys hate to give a one-star review but it's been one thing after another over the last y... read more
