Dr Jinadu is awesome! I appreciate her compassion and care! However her front desk staff is very rude. Today was our first visit and instead of greeting us cordially we instead got a rude remark of being late and an argument. I don’t want Dr. Jinadu’s reputation spoiled by her staff. She is amazing but hopefully her staff will be more sensitive with patients and show professionalism instead of being rude, unsympathetic especially when it comes to elderly patients.
Dr. Jinadu is a consummate professional. She treats her patients with dignity and compassion, as is evidenced by her thoughtful analysis of medical / patient histories and how present she is during the appointment. She is open minded when discussing treatment options with patients and seems to genuinely care about optimizing outcomes. Dr. Jinadu is absolutely the BEST!! My husband saw her for CKD and she is by far the most compassionate Doctor ever! She takes her time to explain everything in great detail and and answers questions without hesitation, spending as much time as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to see her and I will should I have to.
I had the opportunity to see Dr. Jinadu for a UTI, and I must say she is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to her patients. Her expertise and willingness to provide thorough explanations were greatly appreciated. Additionally, the staff at the facility were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood which reports to bring, reaching out to me multiple times to clarify any confusion.
