Having surgery of any kind was one of my biggest fears, but my experience with Dr. Juprasert for my appendectomy has completely changed that! I had been in and out of the ER due to severe pain from gallstones. I had already seen a GI specialist and was waiting to be scheduled, but the pain returned and landed me back in the hospital—this time being admitted for surgery to remove my gallbladder. I immediately met Dr. Juprasert along with the anesthesiology team. The surgeon was great and thorough with explaining recommended procedures. The lack of stars is 100% on the billing department and front desk. Upon discussing cost associated with a first visit via text I was told that they would extend a courtesy consult so I could come in and chat with the doctor. Okay, cool. Get a bill a few months later for the exam(consult) and fluroscopy. Okay, fine.
