I bought 10 windows from them and within about 6 years I had a problem with one of the windows called them because the windows were under warranty and they were going to charge me more than the window was worth. I will never do business with them again. I am having them replaced this year with a better product and company that will hopefully stand behind them
Had a complete replacement for all my windows all was good until my main picture window in my living room started to have mold spots in it paid a $200 service fee to get replaced and several years later same thing has occurred & now talking with the company I would have to repeat the same process…for what when there is no guarantee that it will not happen again to the same window. But I was told I can put up the window & do what I please with it; in other words I will pay no matter what. Now do that statement make any sense?... read more
We originally were very pleased with the service, however about a month after the siding was put up a piece fell off. We have been trying for months to get ahold of them. Every time my husband talks to someone they say someone should be in touch with us by the end of the week. Still nothing. What do we have to do in order to get the siding fixed
