If you’re contemplating whether or not you need a doula, yes you need Sarah! Even as a midwife of 10 years and in a midwifery group practice model, I knew I needed Sarah to be on my team. I met Sarah professionally many years ago and when I met her I instantly knew I needed her to be my doula one day, as her gentle, calming presence, instantly made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
