NOTE: I just fired this agency. Due to recent rude encounter with the Tucson mgr and substandard care my husband has had to go to the ER for a severe wound(s) infection. He has had weekly nursing visits for a few months. Issues on just who should write the wound care orders have dragged on for 5 weeks. The too young or inexperienced Mgr even blamed his Case Mgr.
