I delivered my first child here 11 months ago and the experience from triage up until I was discharged was amazing. Now the experience I had on October 6, was a little different. The staff in L&D could learn some bedside manner from the staff in postpartum. My family that was present in L&D and myself felt very uncomfortable; as though we were an inconvenience to them.
