Nurses unlimited has very bad customer care and overall bad services. Try calling to switch sitter because current sitter was out most of the time and did a very poor job. Spoke to so called supervisors Cynthia and Myra Hernandez who never returned calls and just gave the runaround. Just covering each other's mess and not helping the clients. :(. No place to submit complaints either.

This company only cares about making money. We had two different people come out and "help" my grandmother. The first one didn't know how to use a dryer properly and left the lent trap full so we got rid of her. The second one was just as bad. We would tell her to do things and if she didn't feel like doing them they wouldn't get done. She would sit on our couch and play on her phone for the majority of the three hours that she was there. This place is a tee totally joke. Providers do not come out as scheduled. Try calling Myra Hernandez or Cynthia and calls go unanswered or ignored. If you finally get them to talk they will advise that they don't have the time to spend calling clients as to whether or not your scheduled provider is coming. However if client fails to call in they give the third degree as to why you didn't call in and advise services not needed for that day.
