THE DIRECTOR THERE DOES NOT HAVE COMPASSION. I didn’t get paid for over a month because supervisor didn’t properly transfer paperwork after being notified a month in advance! And of course it’s never their fault!! They got paid I had to eat the lose. Was told my son my responsibility to care for him and if I wanted to choose a different company basically they didn’t care. Called corporate waiting on a response. Director Kristi is heartless and supervisor Mayra is clueless on how to do her job! That’s it!
Staff is amazing! I had to pick up a nebulizer for my son but by the time they had received the paperwork they had already closed for the day. They told me that if I could make it down right away then I could pick it up from them even though it was after hours. They didn’t have to do that but they did and I am very grateful for that.
