Our franchise Partner Kiran is collaborative and empowers me to do my job, offering tips to improve my impact and creating space for learning, all while doing my job. New owners are liars and scam artist. Sham on you for taking advantage of grieving sick people. After my wife’s health started rapidly declining they demanded that I begin paying for 24/7 care. After refusing because we have more family coming in to care for her before she passed, they began harassing me weekly asking when they can increase the schedule. I'm a current employee of Nurse Next Door and the management and supervisor Sam has been so sweet and helpful. They genuinely care about their Clients and Employees. I can't remember a company that showed this much decency in a long time..

I've worked for NND, for 4 years and with Home Care Services for over 2 years. Utba, has been so helpful. If I have any concerns or needs he's right there to help me. I'm never given an assignment that I can't do. If I'm sick he calls to see how I am doing and offers any assitance if needed. I plan to work as long as I can for this company.
