Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Not really, they should have made more of an effort Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did this pediatrician respect your views and opinions on parenting? Yes, they respected my views and opinions Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child

Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, they had a "sick" and "well" area Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? My daughter has always loved Dr. Nuñez.. He was always there for my daughter even at the last moment when they were about to close. I feel comfortable with all the doctors especially Dr. Nuñez.

My child absolutely loves Jorge Nunez, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway
