If I could give zero stars I would. Numotion does a terrible job at follow up and assisting their customers. Long wait times for work that can be completed quicker. They are often rough with my wheelchair and equipment. I have been waiting 6+ months on some essential equipment. Then once it got to me they realized they ordered the wrong size. I was better off going on Amazon and ordering it myself and having a family member assemble.
The first technician (Matt) assessed issues I had with my chair (delivered 9/19/25). Very personable. The second technician (Jay) was personable ++! He installed replacement arm pads on my chair. What a professional and courteous Rep for your company! Thank you very much for both of these terrific Numotion Reps!!
Randy was amazing !!!! Made the process of ordering a new custom wheelchair easy !!! Wonderful appointment
