3 cancellations in 3 months all by Numotion. Each of the 3 days I have either gone home early or taken the day off due to their, “the driver will call you the day before bit.” I have paid the fee to get the process rolling. I understand it gets busy but this is ridiculous. If you guys can’t fix my chair then I’d love a refund so I can get it fixed elsewhere. Waiting over three months and now told to wait a fourth month is beyond unacceptable. Being in a wheelchair is one thing, being UNCOMFORTABLE in a wheelchair is another.

Randy and Christy did a terrific job and helping Paul get his new chair. This time it was so fast I could not believe it. I think the deciding moment was when Emily came to check Paul in his chair And relate it back to Randy her findings. Randy delivered the chair personally and we are forever grateful to him. Yes professional yes but also has become someone we trust implicitly

Always friendly and the repairs were quick to fix. Numotion evaluation yesterday was wonderful. The techs at Numotion fixed more on my current power wheelchair in 6 months then the previous company in the last five years of life of my chair. I would recommend Numotion for all types of service. The staff and techs are very helpful to our needs.
