New motion was fantastic!.. after a year of being in the wheelchair, space it was showing signs of wear.. actually one of the arms fell off! I called the emotion and they had a service technician come to the house and fix it!...Earlie was amazing!.. he was fast and very efficient.. helpful and respectful of my house... Awesome!!
Called in May for an appt for a new custom K5 chair. Finally got one in August. The ATP was nice, did all measurements and worked with the therapist. I was feeling positive at that point. Then it all went down from there. I've been in a chair for 35 yrs so have gone this process many times. I have been riding Invacare folding manual twice. Great chair, but not making it anymore.
