Always very helpful and accommodating to your needs. Dan always makes sure your chair is going to meet your needs. Any of the techs that have come to fix any problems I have with my chair are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

NuMotion is GREAT at pretending they care about people so they can sell their products. They’re GREAT at lying and acting as if their customers wellbeing is their highest priority. They’re also GREAT at putting on a smile so you trust them. Buyers beware. It’s been almost a year since Dan came and talked a great game and promised us a GREAT wheelchair… and now our loved one is stuck without a chair to function day to day. Look at the numerous complaints they have with the BBB in the last couple of years.

We have been waiting on a wheelchair for close to a year. We were lied to as they blamed insurance for denying or rejecting, only for the insurance company to call them with us on the line and they told a totally different story to the insurance agent. Dan has blown us off the entire time and has refused to call us even when we were told he’d call us to fix this. We were told by their staff that they are having major problem internally and their workers are not doing their jobs, causing issues for other staff and customers. ... read more
