Newer lady employee does a terrible job. Her pedicures are horrible. She has done mine 2 times now and Im not satisfied at all. Had the full blown $101 pedicure last week. Didn't get the extra long massage, hot stones massage was terrible and when I got home I still had loose dead skin all over my feet. I found a blood spot around a toe nail where she apparently nicked it with sharps. Honestly could have done my own pedicure better. I wont be back to this salon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have gone here for four years in a row to get simple gel pedicures and I recently started getting manicures as well. However the last three times I have come here I have left in tears. They are hiring new staff who don’t care about what YOU want, but what they think is best. My last few pedicures have been painful due to staff “digging” for ingrown toenails that I didn’t have making my cuticles scab and bleed. My manicures have been acrylic even though I specifically ask for dip powder.... read more

Absolutely loved my visit! Everyone was kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I have to give a special shout-out to Timmy – he gave me the best foot massage I’ve ever had. He was attentive, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and really took his time. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed and not to mention an awesome personality! That’s very rare to find in the nail salon. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Timmy again!
