Absolutely a scam operation. I went to Number One Customs because they advertised XPEL XR Plus Prime on Yelp. After the tint was.installed, I asked for an invoice, and that's when the red flags started. The person claiming to be "Richard" began stuttering and dodging my request. It took over a week--and only after I threatened to write a bad review--that they finally gave me an invoice. Guess what? There was no mention of XPEL anywhere on it.
