Absolutely horrible experience! Every time I call or look to book there is an attitude, Waited over half an hour both times to be told a different price than I was told on the phone or was given a Different person than who I booked with! When I asked if the new person would be able to do the design that I would like, I was told no one else in the shop has time to do your type of nails. I absolutely love this nail place! From the very first time I got my nails done here, I was beyond impressed. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they recreated it perfectly. Phoebe is so talented and always makes sure my nails look exactly how I imagine them. I never leave disappointed and always look forward to coming back. My wife, who is mixed but has beautiful bronze skin, had an extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable experience at this nail salon with staff who identified with Vietnamese heritage. From the start, one of the older women working there made stereotypical and inappropriate comments about my wife’s hands. The comments were offensive and made it clear she was being negatively stereotyped based on race rather than treated as a customer.
