Very disappointed with this dealership. I went in for a simple wheel stud change and service ,they told me it will cost $240 for just changing wheel stud . Later I found out the actual cost at other place is only about $22. This is an outrageous overcharge and feels like a rip-off. I will not be coming back here for service and strongly advise others to double-check prices before agreeing to any service . Cost is too high
I wanted to take a moment to write a review after an experience I had at Number 7 Honda. Specifically the service department. I had a vehicle issue while in the area on August 11th. Although I was able to get the situation fixed myself on the roadside, I wanted a second opinion as well as a couple parts I knew I’d need to complete the repair at home. Honda 7, I can only speak positively about my experiences. Jordan has been an incredibly helpful resource for all things Honda-related. Moreover, the level of service at Honda 7 consistently exceeds expectations. When I couldn't find the time to drop off my car, they went above and beyond by offering me a valet service, something I had never encountered at any other Honda dealership.
