I bought a vehicle back in December and I just wanted to give praise and feedback about Chris G. in service and the dealership in general. Chris was kind, helpful, and ensured my issue was fully resolved. I greatly appreciate it and wouldn't hesitate to purchase a vehicle from Number 7 Honda in the future.
Absolutely disgraceful dealership. We specifically requested GAP insurance when we purchased our brand-new 2025 Honda CR-V. After our vehicle was declared a total loss, we found out it was never added. Finance Manager Imad Khanda now claims the bank didn’t approve it. If that’s true, why didn’t he tell us? No clue how I haven't reviewed this dealership yet, but the Service Team is absolutely incredible and I've been coming here for the past three years or so. I've had the pleasure of experiencing the excellenet customer experience from Mike, Jay, Christian and Chris, Jazz and this goes out to the extended team as well.
