Horrible experience with a sales guy who had been communicating with me and then sold the car right away even though I’ve been calling about it and they kept telling me it’s still being serviced and isn’t ready for sale yet.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Asiri who made the whole process of buying a car seamless. From start to finish Asiri’s customer service and knowledge was impeccable and enhanced the whole process of purchasing a new car an exceptional experience.
I contacted them about a used vehicle and requested photos. After waiting two hours with no response, I called back only to find out the salesperson had gone home. A new salesperson was assigned and eventually sent photos five hours after my first call. I was then told the car wasn’t ready for sale due to needed repairs. I offered to buy it as-is but was told to wait a week. Two days later, I called again and was informed the car had been sold. Extremely unprofessional handling of the entire process.
My daughter was looking to lease a new vehicle and we were helped by Jordan Yokhana. He answered all of our questions and he was absolutely fantastic! He was very kind, honest, patient and professional. We felt completely at ease as it can be overwhelming when you are dealing with unprofessional or pushy sales people. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend JORDAN YOKHANA!!!
