I came here to buy a car and the window wipers never work, and every time I come here the make me wait hours for them just to check and not do anything about it and then I have to book another appointment just for them to actually fix it or do something about it and I have been dealing with this problem since I got the car. It is sooo inconvenient for me because I can’t go anywhere so I have to wait for at least 3 hours, because that’s how long it takes. They always lie about the waiting time. Travelled from Hamilton to Woodbridge to pick up a Pilot. From the moment we walked in until we drove out in our new car, Victor, Samir, and their sales team was amazing. Didn’t pressure us once for a sale or upgrades. They were kind, honest, and made us feel secure. They far exceeded our expectations - we have had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships so this was a welcome surprise. We will always return to the number 7 auto mall for our vehicle purchases.
