Took my car in for a repair, agreed on a price. The mechanic kept car over the weekend to order parts. On Monday he calls breaks our agreement blaming his boss. Will not fix car as agreed. I picked up the car, and a center wheel cover is missing. I called to ask for it, he claims to know nothing. Mechanic didn't fix my car and I'm out a part of one wheel.
