Was informed and showed the car fax for the vehicle I purchased had no accidents. I discovered it was in fact wrecked and now I’m dealing with my trunk leaking badly every time it rains. As well as you can tell how it was poorly fixed and most certainly was rear ended and lied about.
Number1autogroup was great sale person Steve is amazing very professional sale person.
The listing on Carfax was for a one-owner accident-free vehicle in good condition. Instead I purchased a vehicle, repainted after an accident. Clutch needed to be replaced due excessive wear i.e. racing and lug wrench for the aftermarket wheels was not included. My calls for replacement went unanswered. Unsure car was retitled and Carfax was scrubbed.
Steve is the man. He even fixes the chips on the windshield! Goes above and beyond!
