If you're looking for a small local business with great customer service, I highly recommend Nuisance Pro. WAY better than the big companies in the area. Nathan was amazing. He spent hours outside in the cold rain, sleet and snow trying to find the smallest hole for mice to get through and into our attic. He was patient and kind with my two little boys who were so excited to be a part of what he was doing. He came out the same day which I deeply appreciated and the cost was extremely reasonable.
Nathan came over and was quickly able to pinpoint the openings we had in our basement to seal, as well as give us pointers on our trap placement strategy. We loved his down-to-earth approach and how he spent time educating us. Would highly recommend this local company!

Great experience! Heard scratching in the walls/ceiling and it seemed the critter had no way out, and would likely die in the wall if we left it. Nathan was friendly and realistic with our options and headed over right away -- even though his day was already booked, he found time to squeeze us in on his way to another job. He certainly didn't have to, but he was willing to make it work. Nathan did great inspecting the situation and safely removing the bird.
