Quick and courteous. Explain what they are doing
This is the second year I've called inquiring to have the exterior of my house sprayed- I'm told that they will be in touch on a specific day but I never get a call back. Why?
They worked on a summer home (humane bat exclusion), and I have not been back since the work was done, but since I keep getting review requests, I will be glad to respond and say that they were very easy to deal with. Professional, prompt, completed work when promised, and billing was accurate and well-handled. I'll post again when I have a chance to see the final product.
