Everything has been really great, except when we needed help with a machine we could not get very quick response. Luckily there were some guys working on some of the machines and they called for help. Thanks Steve.
This casino has gone down hill quickly since being sold. They blatantly discriminate based on race and have the worst customer service ever. There are way too many other casinos in town who have fabulous rewards programs and truly appreciate your business. I recommend anyone who wants value for their money and would like to actually enjoy their time gambling, swimming or spending time with friends and family go elsewhere. This is a real nice place. Not too busy, clean and a nice variety of games to play.
Nugget was still going through renovations , always stay there because I get really good affordable deals the pool was great however, the hot tub was out of service the four days I was there a little disappointing but other than that people were friendly, room was nice and clean , no holes in curtains or sheets I don't really like the way their go green credit works I think they should give you a ten dollar voucher to use for your purchases instead , you get charged full price and at check out you get the credit it doesn't r... read more
The room was very dirty . Carpet was unkept . I was very disappointed
The worst place in Reno the rooms had bed bugs and rats in the room I will never go back since they got rid of gillys and there was hookers all over in the casino
