Absolutely fabulous customer service from Darryl! I have a brain injury and find making decisions difficult. Darryl was patient and extremely kind to help me choose flooring for our daughter’s apartment. His communication skills are outstanding! He offered a compassionate price to help her and even lowered it when we arrived to pick up. We will definitely be only shopping for flooring at the Nufloors Outlet because of Darryl!
Extremely disappointed with the service and installation quality. The experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.
