This place is awesome it's a great place to get a good work out and to have someone couching you along to make sure your doing the work outs right were you won't hurt your muscles and the staff is very friendly and happy to help you succeed
The best work out facility ever! I've seen more results 2 weeks working out here than months anywhere else. Love the instructors and the owner. They're all so dedicated to their students success and very passionate about what they do. I feel so welcome!
I wish I lived in Quincy, the people here are the best, especially that cute little Ashley!!!
