The staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful with my little one that was extremely nervous about the visit. Dr. Landa was very attentive and took his time answering all our questions. Had an excellent experience.
My son was nervous but everyone made him feel at ease and explained everything to him step by step so he can understand and not be scared. We are extremely satisfied and we will be visiting again !
Dr. Landa and his staff were so great with my girls, who are 5 and 3. Everyone was very patient and caring, especially with my 3-year-old since it was her first time. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I had ample opportunities to ask questions. The girls enjoyed it so much, as we were leaving they asked when could they come back!
Been there plenty of times with my 9 year old, but this was the first time with my 3 year old and I was so impressed the way they made sure to explain everything to her so she would understand what they were doing and would not get scared. Everyone is great with the kids. The doctor explains everything in great detail and in terms that us non-dentists understand. I love PDK and so do my girls!
My son went for the first time at 2.5 yo and it couldn't have gone better. Ambar, the hygienist was patient and friendly and made my son comfortable. Plus, Dr Landa was great - thorough and professional and also put my son at ease. I highly recommend this office.
My daughter (4) was petrified of the dentist, her previous dentist traumatized her and I had not been able to get her to go back since, so I decided to switch her here. The morning of the appoitment we screamed, cried, and begged to go to school rather then take the day off and go to the dentist. She was NOT having it, well after our experience she has asked to go back to the dentist every day since!! The staff was so kind, they showed her all the tools they would use and made her feel safe and comfortable. Amazing!
After my daughter turned 1 I went ahead and made the appointment for her first dentist visit. Like most first time parents I was a bit nervous about what it was going to be like and not knowing what to expect from my tiny baby girl. After all dentist are pretty intimidating even for adults. The two times i have visted has been a great experience. The receptionist is very very nice and super helpful.
Pediatric Dentistry of Kendall is amazing!! The whole staff is so nice and attentive. The facility is so functional for the kids and makes them feel relaxed as they wait and entertained while they are getting their teeth cleaned. Dr. Landa is always so helpful and informative. Best pediatric dentistry!
