I was greeted with smiles and warmth. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Rosie cut and styled my hair. She is very talented and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this establishment. They are kind and caring. It was a great experience.
I showed a picture of what I wanted, she said ok , I spoke to her in Spanish to her and let her know that I like and the length I needed. She completely did something else and I had to explain the cut to her like she had no eyes. She did it again but at this point my hair was getting too short and the cut wasn’t what I was looking for. She never asked questions or even give me her name. Never going there again. All because I didn’t want to wait too long for an appointment with my usual stylist. You live and you learn.
Made me look good. Been going here for 9 consecutive years without a bad haircut
