Got approved, about to rent the property but she said we was bothering her and we caused an inconvenience when asking for a pre inspection of the house we was moving into. She did not once look at me while speaking. I feel bad for the property owner that has her manage his house. Absolute garbage they should close this business immediately also getting in touch with BBB. Terrible customer service, terrible management. Absolute NO-GO!
Horrible el servicio al cliente de parte de norma. encontré la propiedad en la página de Zillow en la cual publican el número de esta compañía para poder hacer el contrato de propiedad.. una vez aprobada la aplicación mi esposo fue a chequear la casa para asegurarse que todo estuviera bien antes de firmar el contrato y la persona que maneja la propiedad (norman ) se molestó y dijo que la molestábamos llamándola o haciendola ir al lugar para observarlo !
