My mother has been going there for years. She has a relapsed bladder/Uterus. Well she paid to see another doctor just to ask her if she had insurance. She said no and automatically the doctor told her. He couldn't help her!? I recently moved her to Corpus Christi and she will be getting surgery soon.
My experience! When I had a appointment in May. The called me to cancel my appointment till June then in June I came in for my appointment then they told me that the Dr cannot accept anyone. ! I got mad according to the front receptionist they told me I had the appointment earlier and I told her why wasn’t I notified. They said that they called which ain’t true ! I was called a liar! I had recently just got out of the hospital. With cancer. I should have been treated! It’s not the doctor fault it’s the front receptionist
