Take down customer info..so parts could be replaced without receipt u guys screwed me on a water pump that lasted..couple months now can't return gotta spend more money
Worst customer service. Yelling at me about a part I was LOOKING for cause I look it up to show him and it showed O’Reilys has for cheaper I say that and he gets mad for no reason. But it’s cool another business I hope goes down the drain.
Bought a switch for a cj7. They said they matched it perfectly. Circuitry inside was backwards. Got the right part from summit. When confronted about the issue, was told they don’t give money back, argued with me that the part was incorrect, then retreated to the side away from me. Very unprofessional
I went and bought a starter there yesterday I didn't need it so I try to take it back nowhere does it say no refunds but when I try to return it today he straight up told me no sorry you lost a customer I will never take my business back there again

anything at all. not even the name. should probably change that. since my husband was told "were not a parts store" when attempting to bring back an unused part to PURCHASE the correct part. 😂🤷♀️
This place does have great prices on parts but the service is so unprofessional! Rude customer service ever! And they always try and get out of honoring warranty! It’s also ridiculous how some of em act as if they know everything yet I proved em wrong and they just hang up too
I locked my keys in the car at HEB next door. I went across the street to his shop and asked if he had a kit or hanger to get into my car. He said he had a kit. So I asked him if I could leave my company car with him and use the kit to get my car open with my wallet in it. Then would come back pay him and get my card back. He said no I’m in this to make money and started laughing. I then had to ask a customer if he would buy it for me and I would give him extra money.
