First time I bought in this shop. Lovely clothes. Maddy was super helpful and patient. It was very busy and she was the only one there. She was very caring with everyone. I will definitely come back🤎
Very poor customer service. Not one of the workers spoke to us. All busy on their phone. Hard to get help

I always have such a wonderful shopping experience at nude Lucy Booragoon. It feels like a real experience and you can tell the staff truly enjoy what they do. Their styling advice was excellent for me and my mum- and it feels really great knowing you’re walking away with pieces that will stand the test of time in your wardrobe and never end up in landfill. Karen helped us today and combined with the great service and quality we had no problem spending higher prices for great pieces. Thanks! Bridget xoxoxo
Awesome customer service on a Friday morning when the shop wasn’t too busy. Bought one item and was directed online for the other one bc they didn’t have my size instore
