What a rip off! I had a prescription for birth control pills, called up and asked if I could get a diaphragm, they said yes but i needed to see the doctor first, I came in, doctor said no they don't do diaphragms anymore, I left and continued with my original prescription. Now I have a $50 bill for "a consultation" to find out something they should have told me over the phone!
