In looking for a new car, I was very intent on finding one and coming home with it in one day. And it worked! The service once we were helped was very good. I was very pleased with our visit. And now I have a new car! The children's playroom was perfect also. A good addition to your dealership.
I didnt feel like running out of there when I first walked in, I felt very welcomed and I felt the car I was able to go home with is one I deserved, I was very happy from beginning to end :)
We came in to find out what our car would bring in on a trade-in (not planning on purchasing a new car). We were greeted by Chad when we arrived, and he had sold us two cars years earlier in Plymouth. He remembered our name and the experience back in 2004. He was very helpful to us and understood our needs. He helped us find a new car that suited our needs and then through the process.
My visit at Autoserv was my best bying experience so far. The staff was so nice and so helpful. I even got to free coffee and to use a computer and printer for personal purpose. I will highly recommend this dealership especially John Scannell who helped me with everything from finding the local dmv office to a good hotel for the night. Thank you again Autoserv.
