The sales person was professional in every way - - courteous and respectful! He was attentive, explained every detail of the sales transaction, gave me time to think about various options, and thoroughly explained the features of each of the types or models of the Malibu line I was most interested in leasing. The managers, supervisors and finance personnel I was introduced to and who assisted with the sale were also professional and helpful. After an awful expierience at another local Chevy dealer I found myself at NuCar. I was so pleased with how fast I got a response about the Cruze I was interested in.
