I JUST tried to get a price on a used vehicle using your online chat service. The price would not be revealed UNLESS I gave my full name and phone number. I WAS ASKED TO CALL THEM AS THIS PERSON DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO PRICING! THEN SHE "HUNGUP" ON ME!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!

Was an easy and stress free experience to trade in a vehicle, and purchase another, the salesperson that I delt with stayed within the parameters that I set, was extremely helpful and understanding in what I needed and wanted in a vehicle.
One guy was ready to make a deal. Came back an hour or so later and both the guy we talked to and the sales manager we talked to had disappeared. No one knew where they were. No one would look for them. Some new guy apologized and said they were really busy. Meanwhile there were five salesmen out in front of the window smoking cigarettes and three hanging out at a desk. New offer was over five hundred over what we had asked for- not 500 in total- 500 over what we said we wanted. First guy said nothing down, new guy said 8500... read more

I bought a car there and was promised that it was safe it burn up after 10,000 miles and Nissan won’t take blame and neither will autoserv I will never recommend autoserv to anyone as they won’t take blame for the lemon they sold me
There a scam they tell you that your pre appoved for a deal then tell you that you have to put a outrageous amount down. Would highly recommend NOT NOT BUYING FROM THEM .
I went in to crunch some numbers for a suv to replace my small car. Scott Sylvester was amazing! No pressure, informative and just wanted to help! I ended up getting into a 2019 sportage for around the same payment I was looking for! Very patient and understanding ( I brought my extremely over tired toddler with me). All in all Scott the salesman and Kate the financial manager really made it a great experience! Thanks again guys!
