Pablo did a great job. Let me know when he’s going to be here, explained everything as he went along, answered my questions and cleaned up. I really appreciated no hard up selling.
This is the WAY TO GO! Turns out the brakes were all good and nothing needed to be done. My battery had a bad cell so they replaced my battery. So convenient to have them come to you. Eddie the technician was excellent so nice and friendly. Did a great job the price was very reasonable.
Thought they were handing out discounts for all the 5 star reviews I read. They aren’t. Just an all around good experience with Nubrakes technician Micheal. Extremely honest professional and knowledgeable. Could’ve easily up sold me or at least tried. No bs. Told me what I needed and the affordable estimate was what I paid. This will be the company for all my brake needs in the future. Will also be referring anyone needing brakes or service. Oil change is next.
Requested estimate, scheduled repair, and had appointment within 24 hours. The invoice was the same price as the estimate and Pablo was great! Communication was just the right amount and easy to get answers.
