so I scheduled a brake service with NuBrakes. Their pricing seemed competitive at first, but the technician who came out was very rude when I asked about discounts. I even called customer service, and while the representative on the phone was polite and offered a discount, the technician refused to cooperate and said he wouldn’t talk.
