Great customer service 💯 everyone polite and kept me informed every step of the way. Chris our mechanic was very knowledgeable and polite and made it even better experience. Thanks for putting back on the road 😁 everything in life should be as simple as contacting Nu Brakes 💪
From estimate to finish the customer service was amazing! I had the estimate in minutes. I asked a question about financing and the reply was, again, in less than 10 minutes. Scheduling was easy and available for the next day. Chris sent a text with his ETA and arrived on time. He set to work and was done in less than an hour. Best car repair experience ever!!!
My Nu Brakes tech Chris was on time, courteous, and completed job in a timely manner. When I use Nu Brakes again for a future service I will ask for Chris by name.
Had a great experience with NuBrakes. Very good pricing and good warranty. Chris was my technician. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and did a great job,replacing my rear brakes and rotors. I will absolutely use this company again, whenever any of my vehicles need brakes. Highly recommended 🙂
Chris was great A+++
