Charles and his team were wonderful! They communicated every step of the way and made selling our home as seamless as possible. We have worked with Charles and Linda for years in our leasing and buying needs. They go above and beyond taking care of their clients. They listened and cared about our concerns, and always had our best interests at heart. Our well being meant more to them than the sell. Chuck and his team were great to work with. Went with them because they understood our market and there were no real good comps in the past year. We put together a game plan, Chuck took pictures (HUGE!!), got the house listed and then sold within 4 days. He also was instrumental in assisting with the purchase of my house out of state. Chuck worked with my realtor and lender in Ohio to help that sale go thru smoothly.
