No big deal as the #1 New Restaurant in Boston. The duck that I ordered medium well, came in several pieces. The leg was well done and the breast which was neatly sliced and overlapping on the plate, was rare. Not my favorite way of preparing a fat bird.
Fantastic cozy atmosphere! Our bartender Rob provided great service, menu suggestions and made tasty cocktails!
The food, truffle fries, are incredible. And the staff are exceptional.

Fantastic atmosphere - love sitting at the bar and enjoying time with Rob Mannke, Don and Heather. The food is superb - and I had the most perfectly seared/rare burger - full of flavor...evah! Nubar is worth the big schlep in the T from Winthrop (I loathe driving into Cambridge) for great food, conversation and ambience!

Excellent food and ambiance. We went there for mother' day dinner and I liked it so much I booked a big group for my daughter's graduation party. They cover everythig, from burgers to lamb and also have a vegan menu. The drinks are very good too. Tons of choices. Can't wait to go back! They did run out of a couple of things but other than that everything was really good.
