I wish I could give this place no stars. I too wanted to cancel my membership after a year of not using it and was told I had to go down to their location and sign something to cancel and that my card would be charged two more times after cancelling. If that wasn't annoying enough when I explained I no longer live in the Phoenix area I was basically told "oh well".
